Branding Color Scheme/Mood Board Creation
Descriptions of each service can be found on our website. By booking any of these services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the offer.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal.
Prices are subject to change; however, the price at the time of booking will be honored.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service.
In the event of cancellation by Dancing Poet Productions, a full refund will be issued.
6. Intellectual Property All original content, including website designs, logos, and branding/mood boards created by Dancing Poet Productions, remains the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content.
7. Limitation of Liability Dancing Poet Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Amendments Dancing Poet Productions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
